Jason Kaset

CO-FOUNDER

Jason Kaset is a Co-Founder of Pro-Built Logistics and brings more than 30 years of experience in the logistics, fulfillment, and transportation industry. He began his career while still in college at FedEx, working as a package handler in a hub and terminal environment. Through dedication and strong operational leadership, Jason steadily advanced into upper management roles.

Later in his career, Jason took on a leadership position at Regis Corporation, the world leader in the hair care industry. In that role, he oversaw distribution and logistics for the entire Eastern region of the United States, as well as operations in the United Kingdom and Canada.

Since co-founding Pro-Built Logistics in 2021, Jason’s responsibilities range from overseeing day-to-day operations to addressing high-level strategic and business initiatives. As a business owner, he works across many areas of the company to help ensure the organization continues to grow while delivering exceptional service to its customers.

What Jason finds most rewarding about his work is helping people recognize and reach their full potential. Supporting the development and success of the team is a central part of his leadership approach.

Jason also operates with a strong sense of integrity, guided by principles that prioritize taking care of customers, team members, and all stakeholders involved in the business.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys focusing on overall health, training, and fitness.
