Lee Arnold

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Lee Arnold serves as the Director of Operations at Pro-Built Logistics and joined the team in 2021. With more than 30 years of experience in the logistics and fulfillment industry, Lee brings extensive operational knowledge and leadership to the company’s warehouse and distribution operations.

In his role, Lee oversees all aspects of warehouse operations, including safety, staffing, training, receiving, and shipping. He works closely with the team on the warehouse floor to ensure operations run efficiently while maintaining high standards for service and performance.

A key focus of Lee’s leadership style is building strong culture, chemistry, and character within the team. By working alongside associates and demonstrating best practices in real time, he helps create an environment where employees can succeed and take pride in their work.

Outside of work, Lee enjoys listening to music, attending concerts, and spending time with his family.
