Matt Comley

CO-FOUNDER

Matt Comley is a Co-Founder of Pro-Built Logistics and brings more than 27 years of experience in the logistics, fulfillment, and distribution industry. His career began with a summer job working in a Dr. Scholl’s warehouse while he was in college. That early hands-on experience sparked an interest in the operational side of logistics, and he officially entered the industry in 1999 with Regis Distribution.

At Pro-Built Logistics, Matt focuses on business development, IT and engineering support, and field work for the company’s consulting division. His work often involves helping businesses solve complex operational challenges, from scaling fulfillment processes to navigating seasonal demand.

What Matt enjoys most about his work is problem solving. Every new merchant and every new season brings a unique set of challenges, which is part of what he loves about the consulting side of the business. Helping companies find practical solutions and improve their operations is a core part of his approach.

Matt is also known for his unique productivity system: a long-term, large-scale to-do list. If something makes it onto the list, it will get done. It might be today or it might be next year, but it will happen.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife, his three amazing children and their spouses or significant others, and his fluffy little dog. He is also a passionate soccer fan and proudly supports Chelsea FC, often spending his free time following the team.
