Jim serves as the Safety Supervisor at Pro-Built Logistics and joined the team in 2024. With 40 years of experience in distribution and logistics, Jim brings extensive knowledge to the team, with a strong background in small parcel shipping operations.

Since joining Pro-Built Logistics, Jim has supported the pick, pack, and ship operation while also contributing to planning and development projects across the organization. He plays an important role in helping ensure the daily operational flow runs smoothly while keeping customer and client needs a top priority.

Jim enjoys being part of a team that focuses on continuous improvement and operational excellence. His decades of experience allow him to support both long-term planning initiatives and the day-to-day success of warehouse operations.

Outside of work, Jim enjoys discussing cars with his sons, reading on his Kindle, traveling, and working through a never-ending “honey-do” list around the house.
